Disc type reverse osmosis

Disc Type Reverse Osmosis (DTRO) Technology

Disc Type Reverse Osmosis (DTRO) is an advanced, modular RO system designed for high-concentration wastewater and compact water recovery applications. It operates at higher pressures than traditional RO, offering better fouling resistance, minimal footprint, and easier cleaning. Ideal for leachate, ETP, and ZLD systems.

Key Features of DTRO:

  • Operates at 60–100 bar pressure for tough effluents
  • Disc-stack membrane modules with strong turbulence design
  • Compact and containerized setup for plug-and-play installation
  • Excellent tolerance to suspended solids and chemical fouling
  • Easy maintenance and in-place cleaning (CIP)

Applications:

  • Landfill leachate treatment
  • Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plants
  • High TDS effluents from textiles, chemicals, pharma
  • Refinery and petrochemical water recovery

Standards & Compliance:

  • System design as per ISO 9001 and 14001 quality standards
  • Disc membranes certified under NSF/ANSI 61 and ISO 21003
  • Complies with CPCB/SPCB discharge limits
  • Designed for energy efficiency and sustainable operations

How We Deliver:

  1. Water and wastewater sample testing
  2. System sizing and 3D plant layout design
  3. Modular DTRO fabrication with FAT & performance testing
